Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Domestic dispute:

• Police arrested a man, 24, on a charge of assault related to domestic violence at 7:43 a.m. Tuesday in the Mendenhall Valley. They transported him to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft:

• A woman reported at 12:22 p.m. Monday that $360 worth of home heating fuel was stolen from her tank near Glacier Highway.

• A woman reported at 12:57 p.m. Monday that numerous items were stolen from her 1999 Ford Expedition. The items, valued at $300, included a backpack-diaper bag, a wallet and a cellular telephone.

• A woman reported at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday that a girl's gray and purple 10-speed bicycle was stolen near Mendenhall Loop Road. It was valued at $120.

Disorderly conduct:

• Police cited a man, 36, on charges of disorderly conduct and having an open container at 4:22 a.m. Tuesday near Marine Way. Police also cited a man, 33, on a charge of having an open container.

Vehicle accident:

• Police cited the man, 55, on a charge of negligent driving after he allegedly drove a 1999 Jeep that struck a 1995 Mazda operated by a woman, 40, at 5:43 p.m. Monday on Mendenhall Loop Road and Atlin Drive. Both vehicles sustained about $2,000 to $2,500 in damage.

Hit and run:

• A man reported at 12:20 p.m. Monday that an unknown vehicle struck his 2001 Chevrolet truck sometime during the previous three days while it was parked somewhere in Juneau.

• A woman reported at 12:57 p.m. Monday that a white pickup backed into a street light, breaking it at Crowhill Drive and Raven Road in the Douglas area. The pickup drove away.

• A woman reported at 8:05 a.m. Tuesday that Monday night, her Ford Aspire was struck in the rear by an older Chevrolet pickup on outbound Egan Drive in the Lemon Creek area. The man driving the truck refused to provide his name or information about where he could be reached. The woman reported minimal damage to her car.

Lost property:

• A woman reported at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday the loss of a red and black backpack containing schoolbooks valued at $165 near Glacier Highway.

Found property:

• A man reported at 6:01 p.m. Monday that he found a boy's silver BMX bile with stunt pegs near Mendenhall Loop and Glacier Spur roads. Police put the bike in safekeeping.
