Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Domestic dispute:

• Police arrested a girl, 13, on a charge of domestic violence assault at 7:17 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of 12th Street downtown. They lodged her at the Johnson Youth Center.

Theft:

• A 21-speed men's mountain bike was reported stolen at 1:12 p.m. Tuesday in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive in the Mendenhall Valley.

• Police cited a man, 41, on a shoplifting charge at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

• Police arrested a man, 22, on a shoplifting charge at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A rim, tire and lug nuts were reported stolen off of a 1994 Ford Temp at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

• Police cited a girl, 15, on a shoplifting charge at 7:57 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of West Willoughby Avenue.

• A silver mountain bike was reported stolen at 9:02 a.m. Wednesday from the school bike rack in the 3400 block of Tongass Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley. The bike reportedly was not locked.

Disorderly conduct:

• Police arrested a man, 35, on a charge of disorderly conduct at 6:37 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of South Franklin Street. They lodged him at the state prison.

• Police cited a man, 43, on a charge of disorderly conduct at 12:59 a.m. Wednesday on Ferry Way.

Traffic stops:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 2:06 p.m. Tuesday on Alaway Avenue in the Lemon Creek area after citing the driver, a woman, 48, on a charge of driving without a license.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 2:09 p.m. Tuesday on the Douglas side of the bridge after citing the driver, a man, 43, on charges of driving with a revoked license and not carrying proof of insurance.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 9:54 p.m. Tuesday on Mendenhall Loop Road at Montana Creek after citing the driver, a man, 22, on a charge of driving without a license.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 11:44 p.m. Tuesday on Dunn Street near the airport after citing the driver, a man, 28, on charges of driving without a license.

Lost property:

• At 3:36 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported losing a diamond and sapphire ring somewhere in the Juneau area. She valued the ring at $4,000.
