Theft:

• A cellular phone was reported stolen at 2:53 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue.

Underage drinking:

• Police cited a woman, 18, on a charge of underage drinking after responding to a noise complaint on South Franklin Street.

Traffic stops:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Front and Franklin streets after citing the driver, a man, 33, on a charge of driving without a license.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road after citing the driver, a 16-year-old girl, on a charge of driving without a license.

Found property:

• A bicycle was reported found at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday near Harris Harbor.
