WILLOW - Two teenage boys vandalized a school in Willow.
The youths were bored so they smashed computer monitors, tipped over bookcases, broke dishes, poured paint on the carpets and smeared ketchup and mustard on the walls, according to Alaska State Troopers.
Damage and cleanup costs are estimated at about $200,000.
The youths also painted a bomb threat on a wall at Willow elementary school.
Principal Alberta Nordberg said she is confident there is no bomb.
The 13-year-old and 14-year-old boys are former students at the school. Their names have not been released.
The vandalism was discovered Saturday afternoon. The youths were tracked to a nearby residence. They face three criminal charges.
