Due to information provided to the Empire, a Thursday article on the death of Alfred George Perkins Jr. of Sitka incorrectly stated there would be a service held in Juneau on Saturday. Instead, he was among those honored as part of a group memorial Friday.

Due to an editing error, the school calendar in Friday's Neighbors section was incorrect. The events listed are for the week of April 24-28.
