New state Capitol building not needed

In my opinion, if there is going to be a new state capitol building in Juneau it should be a "Virtual Capitol Building." Since most Alaskans will never go down south to Juneau, they could visit the new "Virtual Capitol" on the computer. A city that can't afford a place to ride ATVs has no business building new capitols. With a new "Virtual Capitol Building," when it comes time to move the capitol up north, Juneau can send them the new virtual building on a CD for $3.85 priority mail.
