Driving while intoxicated:
A caller reported about 1 p.m. Tuesday that a possible intoxicated driver had been seen leaving a hotel parking lot in the 9200 block of Glacier Highway. Police responded and located the truck and suspect woman driver at a nearby mall. The driver, 49, did pass field sobriety tests, but was cited by police for driving while her operator's license was revoked.
Thefts, lost/found items:
A woman reported about 4 p.m. Tuesday that her son's bicycle had been stolen Monday from Floyd Dryden Middle School. The bicycle is a man's 21-speed mountain bike. It was locked. There are no leads or suspects.
Police arrested a man, 45, about 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Lemon Creek area for domestic violence assault. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Two men, 43 and 28 years old, separately reported to police about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Lemon creek area that they were involved in a fight as a result of their dogs fighting.
About 11 p.m. Tuesday, police officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a trailer park in the Lemon Creek area. They arrested a man, 27, for domestic assault. He was transported to and lodged at state prison.
A woman, 20, was arrested shortly after 11 a.m. Tuesday in a parking lot on West Eighth Street for driving while her operator's license was suspended. Her vehicle was impounded by police.
