ANCHORAGE - A Fairbanks man wanted on a warrant for first-degree murder has been arrested in Anchorage.
The Anchorage Daily News reports that authorities have been searching for 26-year-old David Pfalmer in connection with the March 16 shooting death of 20-year-old Bryan Richardson.
Alaska State Troopers say Pfalmer and another man lured Richardson to Ivory Jack's bar and restaurant near Fairbanks. Richardson was shot in a parked vehicle.
The other man, Sean Jeffers, turned himself in March 19 and is being held in a Fairbanks jail.
Pfalmer was arrested Saturday and booked into the Anchorage jail. He was indicted in March on first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges.
