Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Winthop H. Gruening, 59, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 29, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .170 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen imposed four days in jail with 41 days suspended, fined Gruening $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• David Little, 55, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 1, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .120 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed three days in jail with 57 days suspended, fined Little $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.

• Dustin Endicott, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 10, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .135 percent. Sivertsen imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Endicott $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
