Fairbanks man charged with sex abuse

FAIRBANKS - Police arrested a Fairbanks man accused of sexually abusing two minors.

The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner reports that 56-year-old Carl W. Ginn allegedly performed sexual acts with a teenage girl and a preteen girl.

According to a criminal complaint, one victim said there were six or seven incidents of abuse in the past 18 months.

Ginn is being held at Fairbanks Correctional Center. Bail was set at $250,000 during Sunday's arraignment.
