Doogan, Allen to marry April 29

Christine E. Doogan of Juneau and Gerrit B. Allen of Rushville, Ind., will be married in a ceremony at 1 p.m. April 29 at the Cathedral of the Nativity of the B.V.M. A reception will follow at St. Ann's Hall.

Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to the wedding and reception.

The bride-elect is the daughter of John M. Doogan and Delores E. Doogan. She is a graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School and is a First Engineer Brigade Company Commander for the U.S. Army.

The groom-elect is the son of Rebecca Woods. He is a graduate of North Salinas High School in Salinas, Calif., and is a training sergeant for the 814th Engineer Company.

The maid of honor will be Laura Baker, with bridesmaid Amanda Bruno. The flower girl will be Rachel Doogan.

The best man will be Donald Allen, with groomsman Neil Doogan. The ushers will be John E. Doogan, Ryan Doogan, Kevin Doogan and Theodore Doogan. The ring bearer will be Benjamin Hoch.

The couple will make their home in Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
