Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested David G. Elliott, 35, at 12:02 a.m. Wednesday on outbound Egan Drive in the Lemon Creek area. Police also charged him with reckless endangerment. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded his vehicle.


• A man, 21, reported to police that he was assaulted at 11 p.m. Tuesday near Front Street downtown.


• A man reported at 12:09 p.m. Tuesday that unknown people tried to light the contents of her mailbox on fire sometime during the last week in the area of Auke Lane.

• A woman reported at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday that sometime after noon someone broke the rear window of her Subaru Forester near Third Street in Douglas.

• At 5:36 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported two construction signs vandalized near Point Lena Loop Road.

Vehicle accidents:

• Police cited a man, 51, after an accident at 5:07 p.m. Tuesday on Mendenhall Loop Road and Mendenhall Mall Road. The man, driving a 1999 Chevrolet Astro, allegedly struck a 1999 Ford truck driven by a man, 39. The Astro sustained an estimated $400 damage, and the truck sustained an estimated $50 damage.

• At 10:49 a.m. Wednesday, a 1998 Ford Escort allegedly hit a parked 1994 Chevrolet pickup while it was parked near Harbor Way.

Lost property:

• A woman reported losing her black leather wallet at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday somewhere in Juneau.

Found property:

• A man reported to police at 5:12 p.m. Tuesday that he found three bicycles abandoned near Glacier Highway. Police picked up a men's 21-speed aluminum bike, a boy's BMX Magna bike and a boy's silver and blue Huffy bike and placed them in safekeeping.
