Due to a reporter's error, a story that appeared in the April 14 Juneau Empire incorrectly identified the agency operating a Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders diagnostic clinic in Juneau. The Tlingit and Haida Central Council opened the clinic, with funding from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services Division of Behavioral Health.

Due to information supplied by the U.S. Coast Guard, the Empire reported that the fishing boat Tar Baby, which experienced problems Tuesday after being stuck near Battleship Island at low tide, was operated by Coy Taylor. Coy Taylor told the Empire Wednesday that he had sold the boat and was not involved in Tuesday's incident.
