FAIRBANKS - The former pastor of a Fairbanks church has been arraigned on accusations he had sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Shawn Anthony Justice pleaded not guilty Tuesday to sexual abuse of a minor.

The 32-year-old has been living in the Lower 48, but returned to Fairbanks after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Superior Court Judge Douglas Blankenship ordered Justice not to leave the Fairbanks North Star Borough or have any contact with children.

The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner reports Justice led the Corinthian Baptist Church for 15 months before he was dismissed in August 2008.
