Driving while intoxicated:
Richard Porria, 44, was arrested for drunken driving at 10:06 p.m. Wednesday near Main Street and Second Street. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Leslie Colleen Clarke, 35, was arrested for drunken driving at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday near Seward Street. She was lodged at the state prison.
Police arrested a man, 42, for assault at 8:48 p.m. Wednesday near South Franklin Street. Police said alcohol was a factor in this incident. He was lodged at the state prison.
A man, 61, was arrested at 9:06 p.m. Wednesday near Front Street for assault. Police said alcohol was a factor in this incident. He was lodged at the state prison.
A compact disc was reported stolen at 7:15 a.m. Thursday from an unlocked vehicle parked near St. Ann's Avenue.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
Two vehicles were reported pelted with paintballs in separate incidents Wednesday at 7:11 p.m. near Glacier Highway and Blackberry and at 8:09 p.m. near Glacier Highway and Twin Lakes. The paintballs came from a small red four-door sedan.
A man and a woman, both 19, were cited at 6:38 p.m. Wednesday near Nowell Avenue for underage drinking. They later were released.
Police arrested a woman, 49, on an outstanding warrant at 12:41 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway and Alaway Avenue. The warrant charges she paid a traffic ticket with a bad check. The ticket was issued for having an unregistered vehicle. She was lodged at the state prison.
A man, 38, was cited for reckless driving at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway and Lena Loop Road. He later was released.
