Bush's inaction gives ironic relief

Posted: Friday, April 25, 2008

I was greatly relieved to read the guest editorial recently about George Bush not doing any thing about global warming.

Since waking to almost a foot of snow, avalanches on my electricity supply and frozen door locks on my Bronco the day before, I came to the conclusion that this global warming is not working for me.

I halfway suspected that Bush and his gang of cowboys who can't shoot straight might have finally got in on the climate change action and screwed up the weather - like they have screwed up every thing else they have messed with, since taking office.

It is really reassuring, to learn that he has not dealt with that issue yet. I mean, things are bad enough as it is. The old adage keeps running through my head, " Be careful what you wish for. You might get it."
