Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:
Theft:
• At about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, a 36-year-old was arrested on a charge of second degree theft in the 300 block of Vintage Boulevard.
• At about 3:42 p.m. Wednesday, a theft was reported in the 4400 block of Julep Street. Police gave no additional information.
• At about 4:05 p.m. Wednesday, an unknown amount of heating oil was reported stolen in the 22800 block of Glacier Highway.
