Recent births at the Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On April 17, 2010, a son, Lucas Brent Rader, weighing 9 pounds, 5 ounces, to Vanessa Arabaca and Michael Brent Rader, of Juneau.

• On April 12, 2010, a son, Hunter McCoy Taylor, weighing 7 pounds, to Kelsey Lynn Albecker and Cody Lee Taylor, of Juneau.

Other recent births:

• On April 4, 2010, at the Alaska Native Medical Center, a son, Kial Gavin Veter, weighing 10 pounds, 3.2 ounces, to parents, Levada Jo Johnson and Gregory Glenn Veter, and brother, Elijah Devon Veter, of Juneau.

Marriage licenses

The following are marriage licenses recently filed with the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Juneau:

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Jose Perez, 35, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 25, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 90 days in jail with 87 suspended, fined Perez $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Cynthia A. O'Connor, 58, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 29, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined O'Connor $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Dylan Miller, 18, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 20, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .114 percent. Levy imposed 43 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Miller $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Andrew G. Kanouse, 21, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 30, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .184 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Kanouse $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Joel D. Osburn, 34, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 7, 2010, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 suspended, fined Osburn $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Madelyn R. Brooks, 20, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 12, 2010, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .193 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Brooks $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.
