Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Lucille M. Kugzruk, 42, was arrested about 9 p.m. Tuesday on Thane Road for drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.10 percent. She was taken to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


A boy, 16, was under citizen's arrest for theft about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday on Willoughby Avenue. A man reported seeing several youths steal a sign from a construction site.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A man on Mendenhall Loop Road reported about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday that his and another vehicle were vandalized.


A man, 32, was cited about 8:15 a.m. Tuesday in the Kmart parking lot for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

A girl, 17, was arrested about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday near Anka Street and Commercial Boulevard on an outstanding trooper warrant for not complying with a treatment program following an underage-drinking charge. She was taken to the Johnson Youth Center.

A man, 24, was arrested about 12:15 a.m. today near Nancy Street for driving with a suspended license. He was released at the scene and provided with transportation. The vehicle was moved by a licensed driver.
