Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:


• A gas cap and fuel tank full of gas were reported stolen at 10:57 a.m. Monday from a 2000 Chevrolet in the 4400 Block of Abby Way in the Lemon Creek area.

• A toolbox containing hand tools was reported stolen at 12:32 p.m. Sunday from a 1998 Nissan truck on Capitol Avenue downtown.

Vehicle Accident:

• At 8:12 a.m. Monday a 2001 Ford, driven by a woman, 33, reportedly struck a 1998 Subaru, driven by a man, 47, at Egan Drive and Vintage Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley. Minor damage was reported to each vehicle.

Traffic stop:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 1:37 p.m. Sunday on Mendenhall Mall Road after citing the driver, a 15-year-old boy, on a charge of driving without a valid license and a female passenger, 39, for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 4:48 p.m. Sunday after finding it disabled at outbound Egan Drive at Twin Lakes and citing the male driver, 32, on a charge of driving in violation of his learner's permit.
