Boy Scouts Clark, Cordle to earn Eagle Scout honor Tuesday

JUNEAU - An Eagle Court of Honor will be held for Ky Clark and Jeff Cordle at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5100 Glacier Highway, across from Western Auto.

Clark is a member of Troop 55 and earned the rank of eagle in November of 2008. For his eagle project he chose to landscape the grounds of the LDS Church. He grew up in Juneau and has participated in the scouting program since he was 8 years old.

Cordle is a member of Troop 5 and earned the rank of eagle in January of 2009. Jeff's eagle project included building target stands for the Hank Harmon Rifle Range and doing a general clean up of the area. He also grew up in Juneau and has participated in Boy Scouts since he was 8.

Both young men would like to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to attend.
