FAIRBANKS - A Fairbanks man pleaded guilty to assault and attempted murder charges for a shooting during a drug deal that wounded a man in the head.
The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner reports 29-year-old Joshua J. Bradshaw faces up to 99 years in prison when he is sentenced in October. Prosecutors will wait until the Department of Corrections completes a report sometime in September before asking for a firm sentence.
Bradshaw pleaded guilty last week for the October shooting that hit 19-year-old Paul Payne during an attempted marijuana buy.
