• On April 15, 2007, a daughter, Aubree Lauren Hinchman, weighing 6 pounds 13 ounces, to Kristy Marie Hinchman and Johnny Albert Hinchman of Hoonah.

• On April 16, 2007, a son, Jacob Wayne Connelley, weighing 8 pounds one ounce, to Wendy Trimble Connelley and Clinton James Connelley of Juneau.

• On April 17, 2007, a daughter, Mattie Lynn Vaughn, weighing 7 pounds 12 ounces, to Bethany Grace Vaughn and Andrew Troy Vaughn of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Leanna Joseph, 36, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 7, 2007, incident from which her blood-alcohol was measured at .164 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Joseph $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for three years.

• Brandon Garcia, 20, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 9, 2007, incident from which no blood-alcohol was available. Sivertsen imposed six days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Garcia $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Samuel Holley, 40, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 11, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .097 percent. Sivertsen imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Holley $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Samuel Holley, 40, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 11, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .097 percent. Sivertsen imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Holley $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• William Kasparoff, 37, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 16, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .324 percent. Juneau Magistrate John Sivertsen Jr. imposed six days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Kasparoff $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Roxie Starr, 52, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 17, 2007, incident from which her blood-alcohol was measured at .160 percent. Levy imposed 3 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Starr $1,500 with none suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for one year.
