Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Cachet Garrett, 23, on a charge of drunken driving at 12:14 a.m. Thursday on University Drive. They lodged her at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Police arrested Roderick O'Toole, 25, on a charge of drunken driving at 1:12 a.m. Thursday on Haloff Way and Tongass Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley.

Domestic dispute:

• Police arrested a man, 40, on charges of domestic-violence assault and disorderly conduct at 4:35 a.m. Thursday in the Valley. They lodged him at the state prison.


• A bicycle was reported stolen at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday near Lawson Creek Bridge in the Douglas area.

• Police arrested a man, 38, on a charges of larceny and disorderly conduct at 9:58 p.m. in the 2200 block of Trout Street near the airport. They lodged him at the state prison.

• Canadian money was reported stolen at 10:01 a.m. Thursday in the 6400 block of North Douglas Highway. No value was listed.

Traffic stop:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday on outbound Egan Drive after citing the driver, a woman, 19, on a charge of driving without a license.

Animal encounters:

• At 6 p.m. Wednesday, a bear was reported attempting to break into a garage in the 7700 block of Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area. The bear reportedly left after being scared away.
