Christopher L. Williams, 20, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of first-degree sexual assault, stemming from alleged actions of March 17, 2005 in Juneau.
Kelly S. Clark, 27, was found guilty of a felony charge of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 6 incident from which no blood-alcohol level is available. Juneau Superior Court Judge Patricia Collins permanently revoked Clark's driver's license. She imposed one year to serve in jail with another three years supsended and ordered Clark to pay $1,500 of a $10,000 fine with the rest suspended. She also placed Clark on probation for five years.
Reynolds Skan, 37, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 11, 2004, incident at which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .161 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith Levy imposed 20 days to serve in jail with an additional 70 days suspended and ordered him to pay $3,000 of a $4,000 fine, with the rest suspended. Levy also revoked Skan's driver's license for one year and placed him on probation for two years.
Thomas M. Lesnich, 40, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 25 incident at which his blood alcohol level was measured at .133 percent. Levy imposed three days to serve in jail with another 33 days suspended and fined Lesnich $1,500. He also revoked Lesnich's license for 90 days and placed him on probation for 18 months.
