Harold J. Lange III, 26, was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor, all alleged to have occurred on April 9.
Randy J. Meyers, 42, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of felony driving while under the influence, stemming from an April 14 incident in Haines.
David E. Burks, 31, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of felony driving while under the influence and a misdemeanor charge of driving while his license was canceled, suspended or revoked, stemming from alleged actions of April 17.
Susan D. Brouillette, 38, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of third-degree assault, stemming from an April 17 incident.
Lyle N Brown, 45, was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of first-degree arson and third-degree criminal mischief, stemming from a March 21 incident.
Scott A. Springs, 38, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 14 incident where his blood-alcohol level was measured at .244 percent. Juneau District Judge Peter B. Froehlich imposed 50 days in jail with 40 days suspended and a $3,000 fine with $1,500 suspended. Froehlich also revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for 30 months.
An underage drinking charge against Christina Valentine, now 21, was dismissed by prosecutors. The charge alleged Valentine was consuming alcohol on Feb. 1, while she was still 20.
