Liberal media hides progress in Iraq

Posted: Wednesday, April 30, 2008

No one has anything good to say about President Bush. They say that he's a horrible president, but you ask them why, and they can't tell you without doing a search on Google or just blindly saying "Iraq."

None of these sheep know what they're talking about. The only reason they hate Bush is because their favorite band does, it's trendy, or they've been lied to by the liberal media.

It disturbs me when I see people protesting the Iraq War, while saying they support our troops. It's disgusting. It's like saying you support police, while protesting their job of arresting of criminals or a particular arrest of a rapist. Soldiers signed up for a reason: to fight and possibly even sacrifice themselves for their country, regardless of the war they were sent to fight.

Roughly 78 percent of soldiers fighting in Iraq believe it's worth it. It's a slap in the face to not support their mission, especially with thoughtless liberal slander.

Common sense alone says that if we surrender in Iraq, millions of civilians will die in civil war and genocide. There will be no government, no security and no basics for citizens. Nothing except bloodshed, fighting and suffering. It will become a safe haven for al-Qaida, Iranian Quds, and other extremist groups who are already fighting for it. With more than 262 total attacks daily on our soldiers throughout Iraq, we only lose two per day on average. To put that into perspective, 16 people daily in the United States check into emergency rooms due to pillow-related injuries. The American military has boosted Iraqi health care roughly 4,000 percent more than Saddam did. More than 3,200 schools have been renovated and 4,500 schools built.

The U.S. military is the most respected force in Iraq, and many Iraqi children want to become American soldiers and even know of GoArmy.com.

This is roughly ½00th the progress we've made that the liberal media hides, and progress, along with our soldiers' sacrifice, would be completely thrown away if we were to leave Iraq while surrendering to the murderers who will increase 100 fold if we leave prematurely. Consider the unbiased facts before you adopt your favorite actor's stance on Iraq.
