Juneau police, fire officials, hospital officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Marcus Campos, 21, was arrested for drunken driving at 3 a.m. Sunday on South Franklin Street. He was also charged with refusing to take a blood- alcohol test and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Thefts, lost/found items:

A 15-year-old girl was detained for shoplifting at Juneau Drug at 2:15 p.m Saturday. She was turned over to the police, who took her to Cornerstone teen shelter.

About 10 a.m. Sunday a 25-year-old man reported his vehicle had been stolen while parked in front of Marlintini's. Shortly after, officers found the vehicle in front of Tabby's. The keys had been left in the vehicle.

About noon Sunday a 22-year-old man reported finding several pieces of his jewelry in local pawn shops. He hadn't realized they were missing.

About 12:30 p.m. Sunday a 21-year-old man reported stereo equipment had been stolen from his vehicle, which was parked at his home overnight on Valley Boulevard. The equipment was worth $250.

About 5 p.m. Sunday a 25-year-old man reported several hundred dollars worth of tools, fishing gear and a cell phone were taken from his vehicle while it was parked at the Mountain View Senior Center.

About 1 a.m. Monday a man reported stereo speakers and an amp were stolen from his truck in Cedar Park.

Underage drinking:

A 16-year-old boy was cited for underage drinking at 3:20 a.m. Sunday in Switzer Village Mobile Home Park. He was released to a parent and an investigation continues.


A disabled vehicle was creating a hazard on Glacier Highway near Fred Meyer at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. It was impounded after the 18-year-old man who owned it was contacted and said he was unable to remove it soon.

A 35-year-old man was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protective order at 6 p.m. Saturday after a police officer saw him walking along Glacier Highway with the respondent of the protective order. He was taken to the state prison.

A 24-year-old man was arrested for being intoxicated in the Imperial Bar at 10:45 p.m. Saturday after officers warned him not to enter any bars. He was taken to the prison.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested for being intoxicated in the Imperial Bar at 10:45 p.m. Saturday after officers warned her not to enter any bars. She was taken to prison.

A 34-year-old man was placed under citizen's arrest for criminal trespass after refusing to get off a Capital Transit Bus. He was taken to the state prison.
