Regarding snow machines at Eaglecrest Ski Area, I say go for it. After all, the city felt it was OK to turn one of Juneau's placid, gem-like lakes into a circus field for jet skis, right?

And while we're at it, how about turning the Dredge Lake area back into an off-road enthusiast mud hole?

And hey, since the construction equipment is already there, how about making a quarter-mile drag strip out of Egan Drive from Sunny Point to Vanderbilt? That way I'd have a good excuse to buy the last 2006 Mustang GT for sale in town.
