Wayne Regelin, a former director of the Division of Wildlife Conservation, is coming out of retirement to serve as the deputy commissioner for wildlife. Regelin retired in February with more than 20 years in the department.
Bedford fished commercially for 15 years and spent three years on the Northern Panel for the Pacific Salmon Commission in treaty negotiations with Canada.
