Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Laura Dubish, 39, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a May 29, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 suspended, fined Dubish $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Lyle T. Martin, 40, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 31, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .244 percent. Levy imposed 125 days in jail with 100 suspended, fined Martin $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for four years.

• Troy E. Mathews, 43, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 30, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .162 percent. Magistrate Brad J. Brinkman imposed 180 days in jail with 120 suspended, fined Mathews $4,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for three years and put him on probation for three years.

• Forrest Jones, 52, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 7, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .218 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Jones $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Todd A. Chapin, 47, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 20, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .245 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Chapin $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Melissa C. King, 28, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 21, 2010, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .132 percent. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 suspended, fined King $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Madison Massey, 21, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a March 7, 2010, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Massey $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Cassandra F. Walker, 23, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from an April 11, 2010, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .179 percent. Sivertsen imposed 45 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Walker $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Lyle T. Martin Jr., 40, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from an April 16, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .239 percent. Levy imposed 365 days in jail with 325 suspended, fined Martin $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for four years.

• Stacey L. Skan-Allen, 37, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from an April 17, 2010, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .132 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 suspended, fined Skan-Allen $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
