City Museum begins summer hours

JUNEAU - Beginning May 1, the Juneau-Douglas City Museum's hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.

Admission is $4 for 12 and older. Annual passes are also available for $20 and entitle the pass holder and one guest unlimited visits to the City Museum through Dec. 31. Youth ages 11 and under are always free.

The City Museum will be closed this summer during the following holidays: Monday, May 31, in honor of Memorial Day; Sunday, July 4, for Independence Day; and Sept. 6, for Labor Day.

Located at the corner of Fourth and Main Streets, the Juneau-Douglas City Museum is a facility of the Juneau Parks and Recreation Department. For more information, call 586-3572.
