Consortium to host Diabetes Support Group

KLAWOCK - The new Prince of Wales Diabetes Support Group meets from 5:30 to 7 p.m. the first Wednesday of every month at the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium Alicia Roberts Medical Center in Klawock.
The support group is led by diabetes nurse Julie Sturtevant and registered dietitian Janai Meyer. Each meeting features a healthy foods potluck, as well as guest speakers, discussion, lifestyle skills and other support for living a healthier life with diabetes.
