Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while Intoxicated:

• John Hecker, 33, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Friday near the Auke Bay dock on a charge of drunken driving of a watercraft. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Winfield Jedediah Bickford-Harding, 27, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Saturday on Egan Drive on a charge of drunken driving. He was lodged at state prison.


• A license plate was reported stolen at 4:45 p.m. Thursday near Ninth Street.

• Two teenage girls failed to pay a cab fare at 1:20 a.m. Friday near Northwood Drive.

• A brown leather wallet containing $100 was reported stolen at 12:45 p.m. Friday near Glacier Avenue.

• A shovel and topsoil were reported stolen at 1:30 p.m. Friday near Thane Road.

• A 14kt gold wedding ring valued at $3,000 was stolen in January, a woman reported Friday.

• A green Gary Fisher 21-speed mountain bike valued at $1,200 was reported stolen at 3 p.m. Friday near Indian Cove Road.

• Three hundred dollars was reported stolen from a wallet at 4 p.m. Friday at an undisclosed location.

• Two bottles of liquor, valued at $26, were reported stolen at 6:45 p.m. Friday near Willoughby Avenue.

• A woman, 21, was arrested at 7 p.m. Friday on a charge of shoplifting. She was lodged at state prison.

Underage drinking:

• Two boys, 17, were cited at 11:50 p.m. Friday near Herbert River Road on a charge of underage drinking.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 1:45 p.m. Thursday on Glacier Highway a man, 27, lost control of his 1991 Chevy Blazer and struck a guard rail. He was cited for failure to maintain liability insurance.


• A man, 41, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Thursday near David Street on a charge of open lewdness. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 30, was arrested at 10 a.m. Friday near Mendenhall Boulevard on an outstanding troopers warrant charging failure to appear in court. He was lodged at the state prison.
