Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Domestic dispute:

• Police arrested a man, 39, on a charge of domestic-violence assault at 12:19 a.m. Tuesday in the Lemon Creek area. Police lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Thefts:

• A silver flute in a black case and loose change were reported stolen at 8:21 a.m. Tuesday from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of Gastineau Avenue downtown. The flute was valued at $500.

Traffic stop:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 3:58 p.m. Monday at Forest Lane and Tongass Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley after citing the driver, a man, 61, on a charge of driving without a license.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 7:30 p.m. Monday on Ferry Way downtown after citing the driver, a woman, 32, on a charge of driving without a license.
