Alaska Native Sisterhood officers, from left, Juneau resident Dorothy Wallace, vice-president, Camp 2; Nellie Bennit, secretary, Camp 2, now living in the Seattle area; and the late Stella Martin, president, Camp 2, take part in the dedication ceremony for the Alaska Native Brotherhood Hall on April 30, 1965. The building was a prefabricated log structure, and the land for it on Willoughby Avenue was donated by ANB member Henry Phillips. The modest one- story building was replaced by the Andrew Hope Building in the early 1980s.
