• At 3:52 p.m. Wednesday a 54-year-old woman was arrested on an allegation of domestic violence assault and resisting arrest in the 100 block of Franklin Street. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Driving without a license:

• At 8:46 a.m. Wednesday a 34-year-old man was cited for driving unlicensed on Glacier Highway.

• At 12:03 a.m. Thursday a 31-year-old man was cited for driving unlicensed on David Street.

Drunken driving:

• At 1:47 a.m. Thursday Carol Smith, 47, was arrested on an allegation of driving while intoxicated on Whittier Street. Smith was lodged at the state prison.


• At 4:37 p.m. Wednesday a 39-year-old man reported his parked pickup was damaged on Glacier Highway.

Minor consuming:

• At 5 a.m. Thursday a 19-year-old man was cited and released for consuming alcohol while being a minor in the 3300 block of Douglas Highway.


• At 10:37 a.m. Wednesday a 53-year-old woman reported her cell phone stolen in the 1600 block of Renninger Street.

• At 10:46 a.m. Wednesday a 32-year-old man reported items worth $4368, including legal documents and money orders, were stolen fromhis locked van on 11th Street.

• At 4:56 p.m. Wednesday a 33-year-old man reported an outboard motor stolen in the 8400 block of Valley Boulevard.

Traffic Accidents:

• At 12:33 p.m. Wednesday a 30-year-old woman driving a SUV reportedly struck a Subaru, driven by a 24-year-old woman, on Glacier Highway. The SUV driver was cited for following too close.


• At 7:36 a.m. Wednesday graffiti was reported in a bathroom in the 3400 block of Tongass Boulevard.

• At 6:53 p.m. Wednesday a 64-year-old man reported that a window in his car was broken the night before in Echo Cove.
