Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Judgments:
Dawn Jerue, 32, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 20, 2006, incident in which her blood-alcohol was measured at .103 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 10 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Jerue $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.
Jeremiah Blankenship, 31, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 19, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .159 percent. Levy imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Blankenship $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
John Niemi, 57, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 9, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .211 percent. Levy imposed five days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Niemi $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
