ANCHORAGE - A moderate earthquake rumbled in the Bering Sea near the Aleutian Island town of Adak, but officials say there were no reports of damage.
The Alaska Earthquake Information Center says the 5.1-magnitude temblor struck about 1 p.m. Sunday about 65 miles east of Adak and about 1,200 miles west of Anchorage.
Officials say the quake was lightly felt in Adak but wasn't intense enough there to cause any damage.
