Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Thomas Miller, 40, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. Saturday near Amalga Street and Coho Park on a charge of drunken driving. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Cassandra Russell, 32, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Saturday near the Vanderbilt Loop Road on charges of drunken driving, endangerment and driving without a license. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Calvin Randall, 32, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. Sunday near Salmon Creek on a charge of drunken driving. His vehicle was impounded and he was released.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 7:45 p.m. Saturday near the McNugget intersection, a man, 20, drove his 1992 green Ford pickup into the rear of a 2002 Volkswagen Passat. Damage was estimated as $250 to the pickup and $4,000 to the Passat. The man was cited for careless driving.

• At 11:38 p.m. Saturday near Willoughby Avenue, a man, 18, drove his 1991 Dodge truck into a parked and unoccupied 1987 Toyota Landcruiser in a parking lot. Damage was estimated at $300; no citations were issued.

Underage drinking:

• A boy, 17, and a girl, 16, were cited at 12:30 a.m. Sunday near Dredge Lake on charges of underage drinking.


• A fence was reported spray-prainted at 10:13 a.m. near Emily Way.


• A man, 23, was cited at 10:53 p.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway for disorderly conduct.

• A man, 34, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway on a charge of drunken behavior on a licensed premise. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• A man, 18, was cited for shoplifting at 5:37 p.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway.

• A purse, cell phone, radar detector and compact discs were reported stolen from a vehicle at 9:03 a.m. Sunday in the Juneau area.

• A purple daypack containing clothing and a cell phone was reported stolen at 11:46 a.m. Sunday near Mendenhall Loop Road.
