Juneau police and fire officials, and state police reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Animal encounters:

• At 6:22 a.m. Thursday, police received a report of a small bear gaining access to a storage shed in the 2800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Burglary:

• At 1:00 p.m. Thursday, police received a a report of a burglary in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 5:08 p.m. Thursday, police received a report of a burglary in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Highway.

Domestic Violence:

• At 12:52 a.m. Friday, John Silva, 20, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault in the 9100 block of James Boulevard. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Driving without license:

• At 8:02 p.m. Thursday, a 19-year-old man was cited on a charge of driving unlicensed on Egan Drive.

• At 1:24 a.m. Saturday, a 22-year-old man was cited on a charge of driving unlicensed on Glacier Highway.

DUI:

• At 3:03 a.m. Saturday, Edna Abbott, 34, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated on Mendenhall Loop Road and lodged at the state prison.

Peeping Tom:

• At 7:32 a.m. Thursday, police received a report of a peeping Tom in the 17700 Block of Point Lena Loop Road.

Theft:

• At 10:27 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that items worth $627 were stolen in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.

• At 9:05 a.m. Friday, a 46-year-old woman reported $360.02 stolen from an office in the Sealaska Plaza.

• At 9:49 a.m. Friday, a 56-year-old man reported items worth $600 were stolen in the 13400 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 10:29 a.m. Friday, police received reports of several cars being rifled and two stereos stolen in the 200 block of Main Street.

• At 12:07 p.m. Friday, police received a report of stolen prescription medication from an unlocked vehicle in the 9100 block of James Boulevard.

• At 6:29 p.m. Friday, a 50-year-old woman reported items worth $125 were stolen in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 2:02 a.m. Saturday, police received a report that items worth $90 were stolen in the 200 block of Front Street

Vandalism:

• At 9:53 a.m. Friday, a pickup truck was reported vandalized in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive.

• At 1:54 p.m. Friday, a 52-year-old man reported that his boat sustained $3,000 in damages in the 11600 block of Auke Street.

• At 2:05 p.m. Friday, a 46-year-old woman reported her vehicle sustained $500 in damages in the 10400 block of Glacier Highway.
