Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday, Joseph Delagh, 63, was arrested on North Douglas Highway for drunken driving. He was released after processing.


About 4 a.m. Sunday, a woman, 25, was arrested in the Mendenhall Valley on an outstanding Ketchikan Alaska State Troopers warrant citing failure to comply with alcohol screening. She also was charged with domestic violence assault and resisting arrest. She was transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Thefts, lost and found property:

About 10 a.m. Saturday, a man, 53, reported finding a green Huffy girls' style mountain bike in the ditch near Riverwood Drive and Linda Avenue. The bike was placed into safekeeping pending contact with its owner.

About 11:30 a.m. Sunday, a woman, 50, reported her mountain bike stolen from Ross Way. There were no leads or suspects.

About 1 p.m. Sunday, a man, 45, reported a fish finder stolen from his boat on Alsek Street. The item is valued at $1,200. There were no leads or suspects.

About 3 p.m. Sunday, a woman (no age given) reported her mother's walker stolen from F Street some time in the last two days.

About 4:30 p.m. Sunday, a woman, 45, reported the theft of her $500 digital camera from her unlocked vehicle parked on Basin Road.

About 5:30 p.m. Sunday, two bikes were found in Lemon Creek and turned in to JPD: An 18-speed boys' dark blue Magna Vermilion and an 18-speed dark green Huffy, Blades model.


Capital City Fire & Rescue responded about 3 p.m. Sunday to a sprinkler alarm at the University of Alaska Southeast. There was no fire.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

Shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday, a man, 55, reported his vehicle was "keyed" (scratched with a sharp object) some time overnight on Gull Way.

Shortly after noon Sunday, a man, 26, reported his vehicle spray painted on Gray Street some time Saturday night.

Vehicle accidents:

Shortly before 8 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Thunder Mountain Road. A 1987 Chevrolet driven by a woman, 55, was totaled. A 1989 Ford pickup, driven by a woman, 30, suffered $2,000 damage. A 1992 Chrysler, driven by a woman, 53, suffered minimal damage. The 55-year-old woman was cited for failing to yield on a left turn.


About 3 a.m. Sunday, a man, 43, was arrested near Riverbend housing for driving without a license and transported to state prison. Alcohol was involved in the incident.
