Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Sean Merritt, 26, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 18, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .156 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Merritt $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Ashley Nott, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 9, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .085 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Nott $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Derik Wythe, 26, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 18, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .101 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Wythe $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Michael Stults, 31, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 14, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .105 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Stults $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Gregory Crowley, 24, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 1, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .103 percent. Levy imposed 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended, fined Crowley $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for three years.

• Erik Fulwiler, 36, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 12, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Fulwiler $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Navy Nauer, 39, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an April 5, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .151 percent. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, fined Nauer $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Patrick S. Carrillo, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 16, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Carrillo $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Raymond J. Grenberg, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 19, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .101 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended, fined Grenberg $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Hunter Hildre, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 25, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .168 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Hildre $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Maria Hoffman, 51, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 26, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .131 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Hoffman $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
