Police investigate Fairbanks death

FAIRBANKS - Fairbanks police are looking into the death of a 56-year-old woman whose bruised body was found inside her apartment.
Norma Attla of Fairbanks was found dead Thursday and police say its unclear if the bruises were the result of an assault.
The body has been sent to the state medical examiner's office in Anchorage for an autopsy.
Police Lt. Jim Geier says there's nothing else to indicate a possible homicide.
