Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

• A 25-year-old man was arrested at 10:22 a.m. Wednesday near Thane Road for assault and criminal trespassing. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Vehicle accidents:

• A 1991 Buick was struck by a 1998 Chevy Tahoe in an accident reported at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday near South Franklin Street.

• At 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, a 29-year-old woman reported her maroon 1995 Toyota was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked in the Juneau area.


• At 5:52 p.m. Tuesday, a 28-year-old woman reported her 2004 four-door Mazda was burglarized near Glacier Highway and five compact discs and her vehicle registration and manual were stolen.

• At 7:51 p.m. Tuesday, a 48-year-old man reported his $40 walnut-handled splitting maul, marked with red tape, and his $30 black hatchet, with a black handle, were stolen near Skater's Cabin Road. His firewood and kindling also were taken.

• At 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, a 23-year-old man reported his gold 1991 Plymouth Acclaim was stolen near Willoughby Avenue after it was left running with the keys in it.

• At 8:14 a.m. Wednesday, a 30-year-old man reported 10 gallons of gas, worth $32.50, were siphoned from his 1991 Ford Bronco while it was parked near Marine Way.

Lost property:

• At 3:54 p.m. Tuesday near Vintage Boulevard, a 47-year-old man reported he lost his $180 Hewlett-Packard Photosmart M22 digital camera and its black case.

• At 8:29 a.m. Wednesday, a 26-year-old man reported losing his black Nokia cell phone somewhere in the downtown area. The phone is worth $200.


• A 31-year-old man was arrested at 9:09 p.m. Tuesday near South Franklin Street for being drunk on a licensed premise. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
