Debbie Mattson, of Juneau, and David Martin, of Wasilla, will marry at 1 p.m. June 16, 2007, in Wasilla, with a reception will follow at 3 p.m. at Evangelos Restaurant in Wasilla. There will be a Juneau reception at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at the Valley Chapel on Back Loop Road.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Peggy Mattson. A Juneau-Douglas High School graduate, she is a college intern for NOAA Fisheries Enforcement.
The groom is the son of Dr. James and Cindi Martin. A graduate of Matanuska Christian School, he is a framer, studying biological sciences at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
The maid of honor will be Stephanie Mattson, the bride's sister-in-law. Bridesmaids will be Tiffany Wells, Teresa Mattson, Kristine Hildebrand and Cathy Mattson. Julianna Martin will be the flower girl.
The best man will be Daniel Unfried. Groomsmen will be Chris Martin, Chris Dehart and Chris Larson.
The couple will honeymoon in Disneyland and Hawaii, and make their home in Anchorage.
