Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.


• Gregory Neilson, 62, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 26, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .109 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 3 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Neilson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Merida Rodriguez, 52, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 19, 2006, incident from which her blood-alcohol was measured at .119 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr., imposed 20 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Rodriguez $3,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for two years.
