Driving while intoxicated:
Casey C. Stiteler, 37, was arrested for drunk driving at 7:45 p.m. Friday near the Douglas Bridge. He was additionally charged with driving with a revoked license, reckless endangerment and driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.1 percent. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his car was impounded.
Barry Allan Ellsworth, 23, was arrested for drunk driving at 11:30 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Mendenhall Loop Road and Mall Road. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his car was impounded.
Alejandro Victor Orozco, 34, was arrested for drunk driving at 3:15 a.m. Saturday on Glacier Highway near Twin Lakes. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded.
Jesus Santos, 44, was arrested for drunk driving at 7 a.m. Saturday on Mendenhall Loop Road. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A 24-year-old woman was arrested for assault at 2:45 a.m. Saturday after being involved in a fight at a bar in the Mendenhall valley. Three other women, ages 22, 22 and 21, were arrested for disorderly conduct. All were released except the 21-year-old, who was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A 20-year-old man was arrested for underage drinking and contributing to delinquency of a minor at 10:15 p.m. Friday at Harris Harbor. A 14-year-old boy, 14-year-old girl and 15-year-old boy were also arrested for underage drinking and released to adults. The 20-year-old was also taken home.
A car hit a jeep on Egan Drive near Salmon Creek at noon Friday, causing a total of $5,500 damage to both vehicles. Nobody was hurt.
A three-car accident occurred at 2:30 p.m. on Egan Drive near Salmon Creek when a car rearended the vehicle in front of it, causing it to rearend a minivan. The accident caused a total of $4,500 damage. There were no injuries.
A 38-year-old man was arrested for criminal trespass on Willoughby Avenue. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A private, single-engine airplane landed hard, catching a wingtip on the ground and spinning around at 1:30 p.m. at the airport. There was no major damage to the plane and the two people on board were not injured.
