Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Robert Silverman, 38, was arrested for drunk driving at 3:34 a.m. Sunday on Douglas Highway at the Juneau-Douglas bridge. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• A 37-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman were arrested for domestic violence assault in the Lemon Creek area at 12:15 a.m. Sunday. They were lodged at the state prison.


• At 2:33 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported the theft of a black checkbook-style leather wallet and the $300 cash it contained from Third Street in Douglas.

• At 6:49 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported that her wallet was stolen along Glacier Highway. The woman later called to say the wallet had been returned, but $5 was missing.

• At 8:49 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported the theft of a black gym bag from her vehicle on Saturday evening along Marine Way.

• At 12:55 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported the theft of a hanging redwood planter box from the vicinity of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

• At 11:22 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported that his 1985 Chevrolet Camaro was vandalized on Channel Drive. A Calvin Klein jacket also was reported missing.

• At 11:56 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported vandalism to his mailbox on Muir Street. Some outgoing mail also was reported missing.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 10:48 a.m. Saturday, a Honda CRV operated by a 43-year-old woman was rear-ended by a Toyota Echo operated by a 16-year-old boy on Mendenhall Loop Road at Haloff Way. The Toyota sustained approximately $1,000 damage.

• At 6:42 p.m. Saturday, a 1999 Honda operated by a 51-year-old woman struck a 2000 Dodge operated by a 18-year-old woman on Trout Street. The 51-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield when turning left. The Honda sustained $2,000 damage and the Dodge sustained $2,500 damage.
