Earthquake strikes in Gulf of Alaska

KODIAK CITY - A moderate earthquake struck Monday in the Gulf of Alaska, 90 miles southwest of Kodiak City.
The U.S. Geological Survey says the 5.1-magnitude temblor struck at 4:50 a.m., centered 344 miles south-southwest of Anchorage.
There were no immediate reports of damage.
